About Us
Fort Bend Fencing Academy
An Olympic-style foil fencing club in Rosenberg, Texas, serving Fort Bend County and southwest Greater Houston. Founded in 2008.
What we do
Fort Bend Fencing Academy teaches the Olympic sport of fencing — the sport of foil, with masks, jackets and electric scoring equipment. It is not a fence installation business. Every time we say "fencing," we mean the sport.
Fencers train on the strip, learn footwork and blade work, and bout against one another using electronic scoring. Foil is a thrusting weapon governed by right of way, and it is the weapon we coach. Students start at age 6 and train with us through their teens and into adulthood.
